Commit Message

Add light client module (#677)

Added a light client module, and modified the project
structure so that the light client and java binding can
be released independently, but the light client
can use ejb-common features before they are released.
To achieve that, the light client and java binding are
independent sub-modules of the root aggregator project
(they do not have the parent and cannot inherit anything
from the root aggregator POM).

The new structure is the following: 
exonum-java-parent

 - exonum-java-binding
    |
     - common
.....
|
 - exonum-light-client
