feat(create-article): CRUD for Article (#24)

- Authenticated users should be able to create articles
- All (Unauthenticated/Authenticated) users should be able to read articles
- An article should be deleted or updated by only the authenticated
    article author
- Include tests for the articles application
- Refactor tests
- Refactor code
- Stick to writing unit tests
- write more tests
