<a href="https://github.com/wikimedia/parsoid/commit/1839f2ef2">Update TransformTests.php

* Move string -&gt; token helpers to Token.php since I plan
  to use this in other testing related code as well.

* Replace use of getType() with instanceof checks.

* Sync up with changes to the JS code to only run tests
  on the requested transformer and skip the rest.
