Fix 23: consistently forward `loop` argument in `qcd` module (#24)

* Fix #23: consistently forward `loop` argument to `alpha_s`.

* Fix typo.

* Add unit-tests for `alpha_s` with non-default `loop` and `alphaMZ`.

* Add unit-tests for `m_{b|c|s}` with non-default `loop` and `alphaMZ`.

I had to increase the `deltam` threshold from 1e-5 to 1e-4 for some tests to pass.
This is due to the decoupling routines introducing errors of order 1e-5.
