add import_bundle to import bundles at runtime

In certain esoteric cases, usually involving import subrefs and applying
roles, we need to wait until runtime to apply a bundle. The
`import_bundle` method takes the same argument as the `use My::Base`
line does, but it happens at run time and not at compile time.
