chore(dependency): update knex (#421)

Updating Knex to the version `0.16.1`. [CHANGELOG](https://github.com/tgriesser/knex/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md#0161---28-nov-2018)

The way `Knex#increments()` and `Knex#decrement()` work has changed. We can now pass an amount has the second parameter (which default to `1`). Therefore, tests need to be adapted - no breaking change.
