<a href="https://github.com/wikimedia/mathoid/commit/adba5e8f4">Compat: Ensure the zlib constants are accessible

Prior to Node v7, zlib constants were available directly from the zlib
exported object. However, Node v7 introduced the `constants` object to
collect them. Since we currently have to support both v6 and v10, ensure
the correct object is used for constants.

Also, comment out the zlib end point x-ample request since it produces a
bad request (tracked in T215220).
