Commit Message

remove extraneous blacklight controllers

SavedSearchesController and SearchHistoryController were both
added as part of the generator installation process for the
blacklight_advanced_search and blacklight_range_limit plugins.
we're not using either of these saved-search functionalities,
and neither does hyrax, so it's probably safe to get rid of
them for now.

closes #138
