feat(Social Login): Enable Social Login via Facebook, Twitter, Google (#19)

- add serializers with access tokens for Facebook, Twitter and Google Social Platforms
- add Facebook, Google, Twitter classes that validates the tokens from the respective social platforms
- The Twitter serializer class in turn takes in an access token secret
- add social_login.py file that handles login or registration of the social user
- change return response on endpoints to include user dictionary
- work on linting using autopep8
