Drop avro-schema-2* support

* Forbid avro-schema-2* in sources.
* Droped all avro-schema-2* support code.
* Removed `enable_mutations` option.
* Set names for jobs on Travis-CI.
* Added CI target with shard/avro-schema master.

The main reason to do so is that avro-schema-3.0.1 contains fixes for
flaky fails we often meet in CI. It makes our CI unstable, that is very
unconvenient.
