resolve #4 - use Data::Fake for better string data

we get Lorem ipsum with Data::Fake, which results in much friendlier
string data. we can also use a couple of the functions of that module to
replace our own as well as using the fake_name for better fake emails
and hostnames/uris

bump VERSION and Changes for CPAN release
