Changes
- The title should omit "StreamAlert Triggered" since its redundant
- The rule name should go into the labels
- The severity and type should not be determined by StreamAlert (use runbook instead)

- Owner can stay "StreamAlert"

* Fixup pylint stuff

* Deletes the Demisto Api client and builds integration from scratch

* Removes alert.context as a requirement for demisto

* Fixes small bug where there was a period preceding an array index reference in demisto label name
