[ADD] l10n_ar_website_sale, website_product_pack: Fixes and compatibility (#101)

* [FIX] l10n_ar_website_sale: update _website_price method.

Odoo original code has change in order to fix and error about when to
show the discount of the product (if there is o not a difference with the
actual price)

For that we also add it here, and update it in order to maintain the code
as similar to the orginal as possible making only required changes in order
to make review differ between original and our changes more easy.

* [pylint] website_security: Fix W8201 incoherent-interpreter-exec-perm

* [ADD] website_product_pack: Disable add/remove quantity buttons from products
inside pack, also apply for remove link.

* [ADD] website_product_pack: let to update sale order line from website if the
pack has set allow_modify_pack.

* [ADD] l10n_ar_website_sale: Use lst price instead of list price.

* [FIX] website_product_pack: components_price pracks now shoe price in shop and
 0 (or our price if defined) in cart
