Commit Message

Refactor engine to use new dynamo client

This also features more intelligent loading, and handles batching
(retry + backoff) and mapping + loading results into corresponding
input objects.

ObjectsNotFound is thrown when there are some objects that were not
loaded.

First pass at plugin system, featuring 4 events before/after load/dump.
