Remove the reference name substitution code

This doesn't seem to have any effect in Rails 5 in the context of this
spec file - `GlobalizeModelWithTag.table_name_prefix` appears to return
an empty string - so setting a hardcoded index file seems to be more
effective.

The ability to do this exists in Rails 4.2 so no reason to make this
a Rails 5 only change:
