feat(highlight and comment): Highlight and comment on any text in article (#35)

- Add highlight start and end index position attributes in comments models
- Add highlighted text attribute in comments model
- Add highlight fields to comment serializer
- Get start and end indices of highlighted text from request data
- Add highlighted text to the response body
- Make migrations to create new rows for highlight attributes
- Apply migrations
- Write tests to test highlight and comment functionality
- Remove trailing whitespaces
- Validate against index exceeding article length
- Write test for invalid highlighting functionality
