Commit Message

Clean up service list to return serveice list

Why:

 * currently service list returns as nested structure that is not
   easy to visualize as table nor explore in piped commands

This change addreses the need by:

 * flatten the result for services and have `domain` and `service`
   properties to identify each service.
 * fixed various typing and test issues after the cleanup
