* Add Hiragana and Katagana Kanji characters to font files to support Japanese translation.  Update font documentation to reference new deviation-fonts repo

* Update build_unicode_table.pl to support comparing tst to font file.  Add missing characters to 12 and 15px fonts.  Update 23 font with rebuilt (but identical) version
