- Create an ArticleRating model
- Create average_rating method for the Article model
- Create the ArticleRatingSerializer
- Set up a get_average_value function to create the avrage rating
- Set up the ArticleRatingsView api endpoint
- create the path for the endpoint
- write unit tests for rating functionality
