* Remove php 5 testing and add some more php 7 testing

* Remove php 7.3 testing

* Use phpunit 6

* Upgrade config for phpunit 6

* Convert all tests to phpunit 6

* Make sure security check result is array, to fix tests on >= php7.2

* Re-enable php 7.3
