Include deprecations from string SDL in mergeSchemas (#1041)

* Include deprecation reason inside of typeFromAST

We were missing deprecations when merging schema from string sources.
This corrects that bug by finding the reason from the
FieldDefinitionNode.

* Add deprecation test for mergeSchema

* Add changelog entry
