workflow_run_manager: cvmfs in batch engines

* Adds CVMFS volume mounting to batch workflow engines.

* Sets SHARED_VOLUME_PATH to /var/reana in config.py.

* Moves workflow engine common configuration to config.py.

* Propagates shared volume path value to avoid redefinitions.

* Moves cvmfs volume configuration to config.py.

* Bumps reana-commons version.
