AvatarStack: Adjust UI + Update Storybook (#451)

* AvatarStack: Adjust UI + Update Storybook

This update adjusts the spacing between `Avatar` components within
`AvatarStack`. `AvatarStack` was also refactored from `.js` to `.tsx`.

Lastly, the Storybook story for `AvatarStack` was refactored to use
Artboard and knobs.

* Refactor AvatarStack entry file

* Update avatarstack test

* Remove redundant avatarVersion prop and fix tests
