Use pointer events instead of mouse events

Pointer events work for many more event sources than mouse events. This
change makes it possible to control CATMAID also from touch screens.
Since we want to have complete control over touch gestures,
'touch-action' is set to none for the whole document.

This required quite a few changes, because pointer events work slightly
differently than mouse events. Especially, is it not possible to track
move and up events when on elements other than where a start event
happened.
