* Implemented web admin interface plotting the pipeline graph #20

* Implemented a decoy Stop() method for admin http instance and fixed a weird log dependency in graphviz agent

* Changed visibility and accessors of message.payload

From now on, Message structs keep payload private, and there are 2
accessors: Payload([]byte) and SetPayload() []byte.

* Got rid of all Get... methods in Message

* Implemented graphviz dot pipeline explainer

* Switched flowd executable and admin web explainer to the new agent render
