refactor: remove `initClient` and `restoreClient` options

BREAKING CHANGE: Removed `initClient` and `restoreClient` options.
Instead, use
[Connection.prototype.create](https://knorm.netlify.com/api.md##connection-create)
and
[Connection.prototype.close](https://knorm.netlify.com/api.md##connection-close)
for any logic to be run before creating and closing database
connections.
