* Change scripts into entry-points in setup.py for platform compatibility (#151)

* force mars-* scripts to be executable when building wheels

* revert version and repo url config

* Include requirements-*.txt, pyx and pxd, exclude c file in MANIFEST.in (#153)

* add requirements-*.txt in MANIFEST.in, include all pyx and px, exclude all c file in MANIFEST.in

* remove etcd-gevent in requirements-extra.txt which is not necessary

* install etcd-gevent in .travis.yml
