feat(Alert): Add optional Close button to Alert via onClose prop (#1200)

* chore(update): Update core to 1.0.126

* fix(Alert): Wrap alert children in <p> and make examples consistent with core

To be consistent with core alert-description.hbs template and prevent link in description from
breaking to a new line, alert children should be wrapped in a <p> tag. Also due to spacing changes,
Alert action buttons in examples should be of variant "link"
