Do not escape script's to_s when it is html_safe

Currently kaminari paginator is escaped and not working with fast_haml.
Haml does not escape script's result if script's to_s returns html_safe,
but fast_haml escapes it regardless of to_s result.

Thus the scripts of paginator helpers, such as Kaminari::Helpers::NextPage
whose `.html_safe?` returns false but `.to_s.html_safe?` returns true,
are escaped.
