Test against Node.js 10

async/await is now faster so some tests were failing because we were
testing for cache entries before they'd even been set. Added a 100ms
delay after each request to resolve this.

Removed redundant server listens. These throw in Node.js 10. They are
uneeded because `create-test-server` starts listening by default.

The error message for the invalid header chars has changed, so we no
longer check the error message. Just checking the error is an instance
of `CacheableRequest.RequestError` is adequate.
