feat(http1): Added support for transparent HTTP/1(.1)

Both unencrypted (http) and encrypted (https) is supported for both HTTP/1(.1) and HTTP/2. For
https, fetch-h2 will use ALPN to negotiate version.

BREAKING CHANGE: "http://" will default to HTTP/1(.1) rather than HTTP/2
