Remove right events from queue before splitting

Like segments, splitting can cause changes in ordering for sweep events
due to rounding errors. If right sweep events are left in the sweep
event queue during segment split, they can become un-findable due to
those changes in ordering.

This commit fixes the situation by removing right sweep events before
their corresponding segment is split, and re-inserting them after.
