<a href="https://github.com/wikimedia/parsoid/commit/eae98b248">Set up composer.json and src/ directory for the PHP port

* We will use PSR4 autoloading and the root namespace for code will
  be Parsoid.

* RemexHtml is the obvious immediate dependency for now. Other
  dependencies will make their appearance as we get further along
  with the port.

* Copied over some settings from mediawiki&#39;s composer.json.

* In a followup commit, will copy over all the JS code into the src/
  directory but with &quot;.php&quot; extensions and possibly a new file name
  where necessary to better play with PSR4 and composer
