* chore(postgresql): integrate the application to use a postgresql database

- use postgresql as it is open source, fully featured and optimized with production ready environments
- add the dependency dj_database_url for configuring production and staging databases
- update the requirements.txt file
- modify the connection settings for the postgres database
- update database migrations
- Remove binary files
