Give the SSL context to XMLSafeTransport

Fixes #39

Since Python 2.7.9, xmlrpclib SafeTransport has a "context" argument,
with a default value set to None.
This means that even if a context was given to jsonrpclib SafeTransport,
it was forgotten by calling XMLSafeTransport.__init__().
