Implement shorthand declaration.

Create some middleware, that is all. Don't build a pipeline of
middleware. Use the existing constructor patterns for that.

Probably going to remove `Reactor.urlencoded` at some point. I never
handle URL encoded bodies in my code. Easy to add from `body-parser` if
you want it. Will preserve `Reactor.json` and `Reactor.auth` for
convenience.
