Add influenza_{a,b,c} to viruses_with_human_host collection

The influenza_* datasets already existed, but were mistakenly left
out of the latest version of the `viruses_with_human_host` collection
(committed as part of b12cc14). This is because the Influenza accessions
were pulled from NCBI's Influenza virus database, whereas all
others were from NCBI's viral accession list; the collection was
generated using only datasets from the viral accession list.
