Dev dataset (#18)

#### Major improvements
* The `window` object in `xscale.filtering.linearfilters` can now be created and applied on `Dataset` objects
* Polynomial fitting in `xscale.signal.fitting` can also be applied on `Dataset` objects 
* The window weights are now described by a `DataArray` instead of a `dask` array
* Support for minimum configuration for python 2.7 has been dropped

#### Bugs fixed
 * The bug arising while plotting a 2D window (due to the finding of the 3 dB and 6 dB cutoffs) was fixed
 * Module requirements have been changed for the minimum configuration with python 3.6
