[INTERNAL] manifestBundler: Use "yazl" instead of "archiver" for zip

Archiver is a quite heavy dependency (see #63) and can be replaced with
"yazl".
Tests have also been adopted from adm-zip to extract-zip (which uses
"yauzl" under the hood).
