1) Annotations now are no more between square brackets but they just need to start with '@', this is needed to support arrays
2) Arrays are now supported in the annotations parameters but they need to be declared between square brackets and not in the form of array("arg1", "arg2")
3) Fixed getAnnotations function of ReflectionBase. Now annotations work either with beginning \ or without
