Upgrade can versions and don't depend on steal-stache

This fixes the issue with multiple versions of can dependencies that was
caused by having steal-stache be part of donejs projects and not going
through `can`.

Note that https://github.com/donejs/generator-donejs/pull/303 must be
merged and released before this is.
