Fixing Hyperload + added factory test to bootloader

- Generated a new Hyperload.hex file with factory test and a few
  improvements listed below.
- Fixed an issue with newlib.cpp's puts() where the puts() was not
  inserting a newline character at the end of string.
- Made some slight changes to factory test in terms of how the content
  is displayed.
- Optimized time.hpp:Wait<> function by giving it [[always_inline]]
  attribute.
- Split up globals.hpp object instatiation since it caused circular include
  issues.
- Makefile for bootloader will no longer enable function-instrumentation
  due to the problems it causes with functions that run before .data and
  .bss section initialization in ram.
- Adding Schematic-RevE.2.pdf
- Removed extra newlines in files that needed them for puts()
  optimization problem.
