records: allow for table names with LaTeX encoding including backslashes

* Work around problems with MathJax rendering of LaTeX table names.
* Pass table name to HEPDATA.switch_table function before MathJax acts.
* Also need to be careful in escaping backslashes in table names.
* Still problems with MathJax rendering in dropdown list of tables
  displayed for smaller browser sizes (similar to problems seen with
  axis selector for heatmap plots in #149): work around by removing '$'.
* Check that 'y' values do not exceed 'x' values when loading a table.
* Upgrade versions of 'Flask-Admin' and 'requests' in requirements.txt.
