Implement initial cache for references of Java classes and method ids [ECR-2645] (#579)

Implemented cache for repeatedly called classes and methods.
For the moment it affects the most frequently called methods 
of UserTransactionAdapter, UserServiceAdapter and some classes
used while checking for errors.
