add the `executable` field

Summary:
At least one user (http://git.io/F6kt) was using `build` to add
executable permissions to fetched files. My vague upper bound for
features that belong in peru is "things that can be represented as
operations on a git tree." This falls within that bound, and it's easy
to do.
