Implemented domTests.js for unit testing DOM transformations

* Added complete env.log() functionality

* Added env.page.src mocked data to satisfy computeDSR logging

* Reads and validates dom test file pairs created by
  parse.js --genTest

* Includes gerrit patch 477709 for DOMPostProcessor in
  --genTest mode to provide dsr values for computeDSR.

* linkclasses, process-fixups and fostered tests are known
  to not match but by using --debug_dump option to create
  TemporaryPre.txt and ...Post.txt files from the JS and
  PHP versions of domTests.xxx, those files can be compared
  and used to verify behavior.

* template wrapping is also a known failure, erroring with
  "AssertionError: Template range without arginfo."
