Update the Readme file and add more code comment

In this process, I have been adding details about my API in the readme file. The first step I did was to add some description about my API; Then I explain how a user can clone the repo from git to get started; after cloning step I explain the step to follow in order a user to install the API; Then I designed a table of all the endpoints, after explaining how a user can run the tests in the API, I add the link to Heroku where the API is hosted. After adding the tools used so far in this project I add the different technologies used.

After reading through my code, I was able to add more comment in order to explain my code to other developer.
