* pwrap of --genTest Hampi passes

* sections and dsr of Hampi fail comparison with
  significant differences

* --debug_dump command line option creates
  temporaryPre.txt and temporaryPost.txt files for
  comparison with test files.

* To do
  * detect first iteration for comparison and
    --debug_dump file writing
  * examine failing transform tests
  * improve comments and help information
  * add more dom transformers
