* [Feature #162171032] Update Feature

- Safeguard the tags, ensure they are strings
- Update articleController.js use article.setTags instead of updatedArticle.setTags

* Update helpers/StatusResponse.js

* Update helpers/StatusResponse.js

* Update article reading time functionality

- Add new method: calcReadingTime to articleHelper.js
- Write test to calculate an articles readingtime
- Import the calReadingTime method into the ArticlesController.js
