fix: improve DraftArray<T> and DraftTuple<T>

- add `Id<T>` type to remove the ugly `DraftTuple` type from
`DraftArray<[number]>` for example

- improve error messages from `DraftArray<T>` by wrapping with the
`Array` type _after_ the conditional type

- change `DraftTuple<T>` to extract the keys that are _not_ array
methods; previously, we were extracting keys based off the property
type, which is unreliable
